Lisa Addeo

Executive Vice President

Lisa oversees the company corporate social responsibility initiatives as well as marketing and brand management strategies. She is instrumental in approving budgeting and appropriations for major purchases, acquisitions, as well as key personnel matters.

Lisa grew up in the business, working with her parents and to a greater extent her mother Gail, who clearly articulated that values are essential to success, but they truly come to life when they are a structured part of the company. Lisa has advanced many of the same initiatives to ensure these values continue to part of the winning and unique corporate culture at Adco through the second generation.

Ms Addeo joined the executive team on a full time basis after her father’s passing in 2005.  Lisa has a Bachelors of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  Lisa greatly enjoys working with her sister Gina to foster the premier market position of the company.
