The Mount Sinai in-house construction & facilities management team oversees a massive number of successful building and renovation projects across the spectrum in this very active highly regulated healthcare delivery system. This top team has a demonstrated understanding of programming, design complexity, and management of all phases of the construction planning and implementation phases of a project. The standard includes continually providing and enhancing the patient experience. Both capital improvement projects and ongoing service work reflect the core attributes of this professional team in their understanding of planning, specialized systems, coordination, and infection control measures.
Adco has maintained a multi-year presence across capital projects and service projects at both St. Luke’s Amsterdam and Mount Sinai’s main campus. Adco is privileged to work in an institution with this mission.
